MotoPressor

MotoPressor™ Dial Tyre Gauge

MotoPressor Tyre Gauge now comes standard with two chucks.  A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems.

We all know what a pain Petrol Station gauges are and jst how woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem.  Enter the MotoPressor Tyre Gauge…simply attach the MotoPressor Tyre Gauge to your valve stem, attach the petrol station chuck to the inline fitting on the gauge and get an instant and accurate reading in PSI or KPA.

No need to switch between the gauge and air compressor hose! Added a little too much air to your tyre? Simply press the air bleed button and adjust to your desired pressure.

NOTE:  When swapping out the chuck, use plumbers tape on the hose thread.  Wrap the thread, in a clockwise direction with 3 - 5 wraps of plumbers tape.  Screw on the new chuck and tighten.  Failure to follow these instructions will result in air leak!

Motopressor Tyre Gauge comes with a one year limited product warranty.

Specifications

MotoPressor™ Puncture Repair Tool

After 3 years of development, the Motopressor Puncture Repair Tool is finally here.

Having used various puncture repair systems over the years, we found some shortfalls with all kits.  Some kits are just a plugging system and require the purchase of additional tools, whilst all kits include 5 or more “loose” parts that are easily lost and let’s not mention the little tube of glue!  Most importantly for us motorcyclists,     the kits are really bulky. Make no mistake, when used correctly they all work BUT they are not ideal.

So, what makes the Motopressor Puncture Repair Tool different?

Well, we’ve designed a “4 in 1 multi-tool” that uses pre-vulcanized repair strings and the whole package stores in a sheath small enough to fit in your pocket.  The tool contains a pair of pliers, a rasp, an insertion tool and a knife.

What’s different about our repair strings?  They are pre-vulcanized, so no more little tubes of glue.  The “repair string” plugs the hole AND leaves a “patch style” repair on the INSIDE of your tyre.

The whole kit is super portable, easy to use and stores in a sheath measuring a mere 130 x 68 x 50mm.

MotoPressor™ Tyre Repair Kit

Here’s a compact tubeless puncture repair kit that includes everything you’ll need to get you back on the road.  The whole kit stores in a handy neoprene bag measuring 21 x 11 x 4cm and weighs 520gms.  What we’ve done is make up a kit that includes these items:

  • A multi-tool to remove the offending object from your tyre AND to trim the plug after you’ve fixed your puncture.
  • A Dynaplug® Ultralite repair tool including 4 plugs.
  • Three CO2 canisters.
  • An inflation tool.
  • All the above stored in a neoprene bag.

What’s so different about our tyre kit?  Well it includes the Dynaplug® Ultralite puncture repair system.  The Dynaplug® Ultralite does not require reaming or messy gluing.  Easy to use:

  • Remove the offending object from the tyre using the multi-tool’s pliers.
  • Insert a plug into the Dynaplug® Ultralite.  Push the tool into the puncture hole and pull the tool out.  The plug is made of cotton, synthetic rubber and is impregnated with vulcanising glue.
  • Make sure the tap on the inflation tool is closed.  Attach a CO2 canister to the tool and reinflate the tyre.
  • Check the puncture is not leaking by putting a little liquid on the repair, if it bubbles, air is escaping.  If required insert a second, third or fourth plug.
  • When you’re done, use the multi-tool’s knife to cut the plug/s flush with the tyre and proceed on your way.

A Dynaplug® repair will typically last the life of your tyre.

WARNING! The Dynaplug is NOT suitable for cuts, tears or sidewalls.
